Shipping policy

Welcome to CurateShift! Here you will find all important information regarding shipping, delivery times, and costs, so you know exactly when and how your order will arrive.
Processing Time & Production
Since we value sustainability, every product is made for you only after an order is placed (Print-on-Demand). All orders are produced and shipped within 2–5 business days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with all the details.
Delivery Time
Our products are manufactured and shipped in Germany.
Germany: 3–5 business days
EU (Austria, Switzerland, etc.): 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and slight delays may occur in exceptional cases (e.g., before public holidays). We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs
Within Germany: Free shipping for orders over 50.00 €. For orders under 50.00 €, we charge a flat shipping fee of 4.95 €.
Austria & EU: Free shipping for orders over 70.00 €. Below this amount, a shipping fee of 6.95 € applies.
International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
We ship our products securely and reliably with our logistics partners DHL and Deutsche Post (as well as local partners for international shipments).
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (Tracking ID). With this number, you can track the status of your shipment online at any time.
Transport Damage or Issues
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost, we will take care of it. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. In case of problems, please contact us immediately at support@curateshift.com so we can find a quick solution for you.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If a shipment returns to us due to an incorrect address, we will unfortunately have to charge for the cost of re-shipping.
Customs Duties and Import Charges (for International Orders)
For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland, UK, USA), customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These additional costs are levied by the respective customs office, must be borne by the customer, and are not covered by CurateShift.
